How can I get Wi-Fi in Istanbul?

To get free Wi-Fi at Istanbul airport, you need to go to one of the blue kiosks in the airport with your passport.

Free Wi-Fi is written on these kiosks, which you can easily find in different parts of the airport, such as the iGA Lounge, near the C-E doors, domestic departures floor, transfer level, departures level, international baggage claim, and arrivals hall.

In the first step, click on the Get your Wi-Fi now button so that the device will guide you on how to introduce your passport to the device.

The new options you will see are:

Now, to get the Istanbul Airport WiFi password, you have to click on the Get 1 hour free option so that the device will give you a password. Then click on the print option so that the device will print the information for you.

In the next step, you should go to the Istanbul Airport Wi-Fi login section. Connect to Istanbul airport turktelekomfree Wi-Fi using your laptop or smartphone and wait for a while until a new page opens for you.

If the new page does not open for you automatically, enter the address Wi-Fi.ist or flywifi.com in your browser’s address bar to be transferred to the desired page.

After the new page opens, you will be shown two options: passport login and mobile login, and you must click on the passport login option.

In this section, you must enter your passport number along with the password you got from the kiosk and click on the login button at the end.

It will take you to a new page where you have to enter your email. After entering your email, click the save button to connect to the airport’s free Wi-Fi for one hour.

You may have run out of internet time because you can only use the airport internet for free for one hour, and for more use, you need to buy the internet package from the blue kiosks that I introduced at the beginning of the article.

If you need to access the Internet for a more extended period, you should buy a daily or two-hour package at Istanbul Airport.

You should know that it is not possible to pay in cash and you have to pay for the internet package by credit or debit card.

The cost of the packages depends on the length and your needs.

You can also buy a SIM card from the city center at a price of 600 lira and use your SIM card’s internet.
